Honey and Cinnamon - Weight loss

Weight loss is a tough process, the process which takes continues efforts for an undefined amount of time. Nature makes this process easier and faster oftenly. Some foods, when combine, are the best source to lose pounds, the described drink is one of them.



Ingredients:

  • 1 tb sp local raw honey
  • 1 tb sp organic cinnamon

Process:

  • Add cinnamon to a mug.
  • Boil one cup of water and pour it over cinnamon.
  • Leave it for fifteen (15) minutes.
  • Add honey to the cooled liquid.

Instructions about Honey:
Honey should be added when the mixture is cooled down, hot liquids destroys the enzymes of raw honey.

Instructions to Use:
Take this drink every morning thirty (30) minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach and after meal at night before sleeping.
