This breakfast idea is coming straight from my kitchen. The simplest yet the yummiest recipe of an omelette. Hope you will enjoy having it.

| Eggs | 4 | |
| Boiled Chicken | 250 grams | |
| Cheddar cheese | 25 grams | |
| Mashrooms | 4 medium | |
| Onion | 2 tb. sp | |
| Tomatoes | 2 tb. sp | |
| Green Chillies | 1 tea sp | |
| Coriander Leaves | 1 tea sp | |
| Capcicum | 2 tb. sp | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Pepper | to taste | |
| Oil | to fry |
Instructions:
- Beat 4 eggs.
- Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, capsicum and chicken all together.
- Add oil in a pan and heat it.
- Pour the mixture in the oil.
- Fry it till it cooks.
- Add crushed cheddar cheese on the top of egg and fold it.
- Don't overcook , it'll spoil the vegetables taste.
- You can skip or add any vegetable according to your own taste.
